Login to J&K Bank Internet Banking Portal (J&K Bank | Internet Banking) and follow the below steps to get your Customer ID
On Dashboard click on Personalised Dashboard
Add Widget “Customer ID Wise Summary”
Click on Dashboard and the Customer ID will be shown on the Dashboard under “Customer ID Wise Summary”.
In case you do not have an Internet Banking User, please click https://www.jkbankonline.com to register using your Debit Card.
You can also call our Toll Free Helpline at 1800 890 2122 and get your customer ID after authenticating yourself.
If you have not created a username yet, kindly login with your Customer ID. Once you login successfully, the application will prompt you with instructions to create username.
If you do not wish to create the username immediately, then, at any time you can navigate to the Options under your Name on the top right of the Rewards Portal, Click on the dropdown > My Details Page > My Profile. This page will allow you to create your username.
1. Kindly check your email inbox where you would have received a mail from J&K Bank Rewards confirming your username.
2. Login with CustomerID, navigate to the Options under your Name on the top right of the Rewards Portal, Click on the dropdown > My Details Page > My Profile. This page will display your username.
