J&K Bank Rewards

J&K Bank Rewards programme is designed to make your card experience more enriching. The Rewards program allows Credit Card customers of J&K bank to earn points for transactions or other actions on their Credit Card as may be specified by the Bank from time to time. Points accumulated on such transactions or actions may be exchanged for a wide variety of offers/purchases as may be offered by the Bank rewards program from time to time.

 

Program Structure

• J&K Bank shall determine, from time to time, at its sole discretion, which J&K Bank card/Bank transactions are eligible for inclusion/exclusion in the J&K Bank Rewards program. Bank at its own discretion can change the rewards program without any prior consent from the customer.


• Computation of reward points as may be done by J&K Bank under the Schemes shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Card Member and shall not be liable to any dispute.


• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body established by law (central, state or local), which may arise or accrue to the Card Member by redemption of the reward points under the respective Scheme, as aforesaid, shall be to the sole account of the Card Member. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the goods/services shall be payable by the Card Member.


• In case of reversal of credit card transaction, the reward points that were earned for that respective transaction will be rolled back from the J&K Bank rewards portal. Example If customer uses his card for online shopping, he will earn points. But if customer cancels that transaction, the points that were credited will be reversed back from customers account.


• J&K Bank rewards may be earned only as per the terms determined by J&K Bank. More specifically, during a promotion, special offer, cash-back or black-out period, J&K Bank may decide to disallow the earning of J&K Bank rewards on already discounted transactions.


• Purchases on Add-on Cards will accrue points which will be credited to the primary J&K Bank Rewards Relationship holder’s account. Only the primary account holder can redeem his points through J&K Bank rewards portal.


• Points are earned for each eligible transaction subject to the J&K reward earning criteria and no J&K reward shall be awarded retroactively.


• Points are calculated by rounding down J&K reward accumulated on each transaction to the nearest integer.


• J&K reward are valid for a period of three (3) years, starting from the day of the month on which the J&K Bank rewards are earned in the respective credit card. For example, if a member has earned points on 10th January 2020, the J&K Bank rewards shall be valid for redemption till 10th January 2023 if not used during this period.


• Upon expiration, unused J&K Bank rewards will be removed from the J&K bank rewards account as of the expiration date and cannot be re-credited. It is the J&K Bank Rewards account holder's responsibility to be aware of both the number of J&K Bank rewards in his account and their expiration date.


• Customer has an option of redeeming his points as cashback and the same have to be utilized through Bank’s reward portal only.


• The members are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary. The Program is being made purely on a best effort basis.


• While accessing or using the services available on the Site, the Card member shall not hold J&K Bank responsible or liable for any loss or damage, claims, costs, charges and expenses and/ or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to Card Member directly or indirectly, as a result of accessing or using the Site.


• Fraud and/or abuse relating to earning and redemption of Reward Points in the Program shall result in forfeiture of the Reward Points as well as suspension and/or cancellation of the J&K Bank Credit Card.


• Card Member acknowledges and authorizes J&K Bank to share the details of the Card Member with third parties, if required, for fulfilment of redemptions.


• J&K Bank at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards or reward conditions or the basis of computation of Reward Points or terms and conditions of the Rewards Program at any time, without giving any prior intimation to the Card Member. J&K Bank can suspend or terminate the Program at any time, if deemed necessary, without incurring any liability for the Reward Points earned.
